Dulco, one brand, a global ecosystem

mad.studio and Sanofi started the redesign for Dulcolax in Italy following the Italian health authority instructions and regulations. Our system will scale globally and help Sanofi save time in all operations areas.

One mission

Our mission at mad.studio was to create a standard ecosystem for Dulcolax's websites around the world; a Design system that scales to comply with any country's health authority or regulation while still following the accessibility standards and keeping the guidelines of the full range of Dulcolax’s products.

Mobile accessibility at its core

Dulcolax’s analytics showed us incredible data regarding the user's experience. One of them regarding the origins of the traffic where without any surprise the mobile was the preferred mean to access the website. That tells us that focusing on those breakpoints has to be our main concern to improve the global experience so we did.

Tailor-made illustrations

Sanofi needed to ease user's comprehension of Dulcolax’s messages, so we designed tailor made assets to illustrate different situations and ease the experience globally.

Italian Health authority

mad.studio worked side by side with the Italian team all the way by also providing complete prototypes in english and italian to help the italian health authority understand and approve the website, its contents, and its accessibility.
